We collect this information through intake forms completed by individuals accessing our website.

We do not sell or share Personal Information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How We Use Cookies and Pixel Tags: A “cookie” is a small computer file that is sent to your computer when you visit a website. While we use cookies and pixel tags, we do not track our users across websites or over time.

  • Communications.  You may voluntarily sign up for periodic communications from us or a third-party affiliate.  We may send you promotional communications via email, including, but not limited to, newsletters, special offers, surveys and other news and information we think will be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving these promotional emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided therein.

Third-Party Websites: Our website may contain links to other websites, including those of third parties or business partners.  While we seek to link only to websites that share our high standards and respect for privacy, we cannot be responsible for the privacy practices other websites use. By accessing other third-party websites or applications through our Service, you are consenting to the terms and privacy policies of those websites. It is possible that other parties may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our Service.

Age of Consent: Only individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older are authorized to use the Service, either for themselves or on behalf of their minor children. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under the age of eighteen (18). If you have reason to believe that an individual under the age of eighteen (18) has provided personal information to us through the Service, please contact us, and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.
